All of our orders are sent fast so you will receive your Items as soon as possible!
For orders containing fragile, bulky, or heavy items, shipping prices and times may differ.
In these circumstances, if the shipping method is not accurately shown at the point of order placement, our customer service team will contact you prior to your order being dispatched.
Customs Import Duties and Taxes
Please note that products are shipped from Malaysia and may be subject to customs import duties and/or taxes based on the destination country.
If assessed, customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and will not be able to advise on what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
You may wish to visit your local customs website for full details.
In the event that an order is shipped and buyer refused acceptance of shipment delivery due to import duties and taxes assessment, all return duties and taxes and shipping charges will be billed to the buyer’s method of payment.
Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable or refused shipments.
You will receive email notification confirming when your order is dispatched. In most cases this means 7 - 10 days for Malaysia deliveries
Orders will be processed during our company business hours between Monday and Friday.
All orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Shipment and delivery of orders is based on product availability, payment processing time and distribution centre processing time.
Due to the upcoming Christmas and New Year festive peak season, shipment deliveries may take longer.
During this period, please allow a further 7-10 business days on top of the usual delivery lead time.
We will send out the packages via Poslaju for delivery daily, latest within 7 days of purchase.

Return & Refund Policy
- This Return and Refund policy shall only be applicable for home delivery shopping via ECLUBSTORE Online only.
- ECLUBSTORE shall use its best efforts to ensure that Orders are correctly fulfilled. Should there be any discrepancy of Products delivered and the Customer wishes for return and refund, please notify us by email or website within seven working (7) days upon receiving the Products. We will contact the Customer within seven working (7) days after receipt of the request to direct the Customer of the procedures in respect of the return of Products and refund. The Customer is advised to wait for our instruction for the next course of action.
- If the Customer opts for replacement or exchange of Products, the affected Products MUST be returned before ECLUBSTORE ships out another replacement. All replacements or exchange of Products shall be effected subject to stocks availability.
- Customer shall return or caused to be returned to ECLUBSTORE the aforesaid Products unused and in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it is first delivered to the Customer together with the proof of Order, payment and delivery of the Products.
- The return of a Product by a Customer does not automatically warrant for a refund. ECLUBSTORE will inspect the returned Products upon receipt of the same. If the conditions in Item No. 4 of this Return and Refund Policy have been fulfilled, refund will be made to the Customer only for the Products. We WILL NOT reimburse the Customer of its courier charges for returning of the Products to us upon seeking refund.
- All refunds will be made via at most within 2 months and depending on the appointed bank refund policy in which your receipt of the refund will depend on the period of time your financial institution takes to finalise the refund. ECLUBSTORE shall not be liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost or expense that you or any person may incur as a result of any delay in your financial institution processing the said refund.
- The Customer is required to send back the affected Product(s) to us via a reliable courier service company at the following address:-

Alternatively, the Customer may bring the affected Product(s) to ECLUBSTORE office located at address above for refund or exchange.
- The Customer shall be responsible for the risks and condition of the Product to be returned until it reaches us at the abovementioned. ECLUBSTORE will not be liable for any loss or damage to the Product prior to the Product is received by us. The Customers are advised to pack safely the Product to prevent any loss or damage to the Product or its box or its original packaging.
